Designed by Bryan Baker for Svord Knives, the Svord High
Carbon Steel Steak Utility Knife features the Baker
“Convex” edge – for razor sharp quality and superb out-of-the-box
performance. It has a very solid feel and is quite comfortable in
the hand.
The handle is made from durable Ash Wood and has a simple shape
that provides excellent grip, even when wet. And what’s more it
features a 4-1/2″ Swedish high carbon tool steel 3/4 tang blade
with a 9-1/4″ overall length. Watch it cut meat like butter!
Note: This superbly crafted knife is proudly made
in New Zealand and with proper maintenance and use will last you
years of faithful, excellent service. As with all carbon steel
blades, be sure to wipe knife completely dry before storing,
otherwise it will rust.
