Made to suit a professional chef’s needs, the Svord French
High Carbon Cooks Knife is designed for chopping, mincing,
slicing and dicing with razor sharp high carbon steel blade for
maximum cutting performance.
Although it doesn’t have chromium added for corrosion and rust
resistance unlike stainless steel blades, high carbon steel stays
sharper longer. It’s also harder than stainless steel making it
easier to sharpen. This knife gives the best results however it
requires a lot of care.
